The technician, Wayne, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He seemed quite knowledgeable about what exactly needed to be done. He got to work immediately and was busy every time I checked to see if he needed anything. When he was done there was no mess for me to deal with. Left me a detailed description of what he had done and what to look for after a few weeks to make sure that the termites had not returned.I will recommend this business and technician to anyone who needs quality pest control services.

The technicians are very nice, work hard and friendly. But sometimes they show up suddenly without notice.

Urban Desert was able to service the house on short notice. I found their exterminator very knowledgeable and the spray and boxes put in took care of our ant problem. Would definitely use again and recommend.

He was professional, polite & provided me additional knowledge of potential areas Scorpions may attempt to enter into my home. About a year ago I contacted Arizona heat and pest services, We had found out we had bed bugs and I was a complete wreck! Chris got ahold of me within just a few minutes and listened and showed complete concern for the situation and understanding of how upset I was. He worked with us and quoted us very fairly. He came out did amazing work and we were so happy and able to sleep again. Here we are a year later calling on his work at my parents home and as before he was quick and ready to work! I reccomened this company to anybody and especially Chris as he has continued to be phenomenal! Thank you all for your hard work!

We recently had solar panels installed and shortly after that we had a large influx of pigeons making their home under our panels. We called Watchdog Pest Control out to see if they could help us out, and they did. I was expecting an eye-sore of nets, wires, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It looks very clean and nothing close to an eye-sore, best part pigeons have no where to go.

The technician that was sent out was friendly, clean, and through. We plan on having more work done in the future.

Roger did our initial inspection and provided us with a couple different options to choose from which allowed us to find something within our budget, very important during this time of increased inflation! This was just one of the things that set Uni-Tech apart from other pest control companies that we requested estimates from. Roger was more thorough in his inspection than the other companies, and the warranty offered is longer than that of the others we met with too. They were on time, professional, and overall a great experience!

The first time I saw a termite tunnels, I used my home Warrenty to treat the spot. After a few months I saw multiple termite tunnels and began setting up bids/quotes for full service. After I received the bids I choose to go with 520 Termite & Pest Solutions. The inspector RJ was knowledgeable and gave me an in-depth analysis of the current condition of the house along with informative in-site on the industry. Because of his I choose to go with 520.

On the scheduled service day my wife and I needed to have the the service begin at the beginning of the time frame and they were able to accommodate that. Mike was on time, gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was through and did a clean job. When I asked him questions about pest control he answered knowledgeably and with over 20 years of experience shared how the treatment services a changed in a good way.

Family ran company who back up their work and stay with you until the problem is fixed. We've used a couple of other outfits over the years but the customer service and expertise from Watts leaves the others looking second class.
