After the heavy rains in Phoenix this summer, we discovered a termite tunnel in our garage and immediately sent out requests for service. We had received numerous quotes from different Valley companies and our last visit was by Jonathan Logan of Bill's Pest and Termite. Mr. Logan arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. He was, in fact, the only inspector to find a second tunnel in the back yard. He explained the options clearly and gave us the peace of mind that even though there was evidence of termites, that these were considered the less evasive of the types.We scheduled service for October 28th, and Michael showed up on time, was very friendly and completed the service in about an hour. He was also able to find another termite tunnel that was missed during inspection. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and my garage looks cleaner now than when he started. He even left me with a dustpan (by accident). The holes drilled were very small and expertly filled again with concrete.The price was ideal and I can already hear the termites packing their bags and heading for the neighbors. I first heard about Blue Sky on a radio station program Rosie on the house , since then I've had them do 2 more of my homes. I haven't been dissapointed yet. The only minor problem I have is it's not always the same technician treating your home, so there is no relationship between home owner and technician. I feel as though we starting new service each appointment.

They were listed under My Guy. I discovered that my dogs had fleas. Their prices were reasonable so I hired them. They listened to me. They are very thorough with their services and they give you homework to do such as making sure your pets are properly treated. That is very necessary or it will be harder to get rid of the pests. They send reminders the day before they are scheduled to come and are on time. I feel confident that they can get rid of your pests too!

Great company and good service. We had a problem with rodents and Josh surveyed the situation and put bait boxes in the appropriate places to correct the problem. We also use Master Tech for monthly spraying and termite control.

This is a fantastic service. It's hard enough to know you have to call someone because of pests in your home - in my case mice - I was totally creeped out.

When Tyler came he said he would take care of everything and he did. He emptied cabinets, vacuumed, moved and cleaned behind my washer and dryer, and put everything back perfectly. He is one of the nicest and most pleasant persons I have ever met.
