We had two other companies come before deciding on Bill's. Alex was super informative, friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. Also, they didn't recommend bait boxes like the other companies which can result in secondary poisoning to other animals. Service that's going to be provided is reasonably priced. Thanks again!

Was recommended Urban Desert Pest through word of mouth and I am SO glad I went with these guys. Honestly some of the most friendly service workers I have ever engaged with. Every time I call If I have any issues or questions they are on it. The ladies that answer on the phones are consistently friendly as well. They've also been patient and accommodating to my schedule when I've needed to move days or times. I've had Bob the bug killer out a couple times now and he's fantastic! Sprayed everything super thoroughly inside and outside of my home and was attentive, mindful and considerate of my dog with where he sprayed. Also, I've very rarely seen any bugs in my house at all! When I noticed a little extra activity outside and called they were so quick to get here and spray extra with no charge to me. Seriously would recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you Urban Desert Pest! I don't think I will ever use another pest company!

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

We have had great service from Action. Our service tech Pilipo comes to spray our home for cockroaches and scorpions every other month. Pilipo is always on time and does a great and thorough job but most importantly he is very very kind and respectful. We love Pilipo!

Austin was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and willing to help. He made me and my boyfriend feel much more comfortable after talking with him and he helped us out significantly more than our apartment complex. He was patience and willing to explain anything we wanted to know!

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

We are beyond pleased with our technician Randall. He communicates very effectively and is always here at his scheduled time. If we have any issues in between treatments he’s always here promptly to assist.He goes above and beyond every time he comes out.We really appreciate Randall and the awesome customer service he provides!

Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.
