We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? Team built shelving and a workbench in our garage. Excellent communication, arrived on time, thought through the project and built exactly what we needed. Good guys to be around too. It's always better when the people you hire to come into your home are genuinely kind.

Fast, and gives a well comforting experience

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

He even accompanied me to Home Depot to help me select the right hardware and project items to ensure I didn't overpay or end up getting the wrong items for the job and used several pieces of hardware he already had on his truck at no extra charge.

Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Derek is the prototype for a great repair/maintenance/handy person. Save yourself the frustration of being stood up by other less capable and more expensive people and add him in your contact list.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Mr. Knutson was timely. I was impressed with Mr. Knutson’s knowledge, honesty in what it would take to correctly fix our bathroom shower and his craftsmanship.

Greg is a rip off artist. He charges extreme amounts to fix things. He won't provide bids he just does the work and sticks you with the bill. Please don't use him, he will rip you off.

Work was not completed as bid. Would not use again.
