They have been very responsive any time I need them to come out. It is usually by the very next day. I take comfort in knowing that they will still come out even though it isn't my contracted day.

Jason is very professional and he is very informative let's me know what he's done. He has worked with our family getting rid of bees and rodents. Very professional and has trained so many guys. He's always sure they understand what he's doing and what to look for. This guy is going far.

Service was great and Insectek Technician Enrique Osuna Montes did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and explaining the process to me, what to expect and what to keep my eyes open for. I have used Western Exterminating for many, many years. They are the best. They show up on time and call to remind me when they are coming. If I have an issue they will come back quickly to take care of it. They have done regular bug exterminating for me, but also termites and bees.

We had a GREAT experience with Trojan Pest Control. They were very responsive to our questions, were able to come out quickly, the technician was on time and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable for the service. We will definitely being staying with Trojan for our future pest control needs.

CWPC is the only pest control outfit that we have used in the 20 years that we have lived here. We have had remarkably minimal pest issues because these guys do a superior job. Today's tech, Dave, is one of their best -- professional, knowledgeable, and personable -- and is a credit to the organization.

Paid $90 for a one time treatment which took all of 10 minutes. Was told a RE-SPRAY would be done if I still saw the bugs. I phoned back and was told a RE-SPRAY is *not* included in the one time. Incredibly lame. Will not use again.

We are BIG fans of CPM. I've worked with this crew on several different projects, but the one that stands out is pest control for our home. We live by a desert preserve, and our backyard faces a beautiful undeveloped wash. We love it, but it is a never-ending fountain of scorpions and other nasty critters. Complete Pest Management stops all that stuff. We have their regular service because we need it and because it's a game-changer for our little family. Highly recommended.

This company has been sold and it is not what it once was bay any means. We have a contract to treat the termites which we pay in advance for a one year service. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over two months and now they tell me not till the middle of January. Can't believe they are still in business!!! Totally dissatisfied!!!

This is the second time the service technician has not let me know they are at my house. I wait all day for them to show up and no knock on the door. I get a text saying they are headed my way. Then I text back 30 minutes later and ask if they are still coming. Come to find out they already came to my house somehow and spayed. I needed to talk to them about areas of concern and they did not even have the courtesy to let me know they were here. This is all taking place after two cancellation appointments prior to this appointment. This is the second time they have come to my house and not let me know that they are here. Not a great feeling to know they sprayed my house without me knowing and not addressing my bug issues.
