1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. I would really rank them as a 10 (STARS)!

This is most assuredly the most trustworthy and professional company I could have used for my recent flooding issues. They were there any time I needed to call and always responded in a calming, reassurring manner that left me feeling I was in very good hands. Puroclean was very responsive when I had called them out for a leak, they have top notch equipment, and a great team, they gave me honest feedback, and informed me that I did not require their services. This kind of honesty Is hard to come by these days!

They made my old house look beautiful. They all are amazing, hard workers, they all enjoy working for such a great company. Whenever I found something small I wanted extra for them to do, they were always kind and willing to take care of it for me. The company and the people who do the work are wonderful. The cleaning crew are simple the best, very hard workers & they do everything to make life after construction wonderful again. The stress of cleaning after all the dust, was taken care of by this company. They cleaned everything and handled everything with care. I could not have asked for more, they took my house from months of dust and all the mess that happens during the remodel and cleaned so perfect it was amazing. The are professional, kind and very helpful. Thank you my cleanup could have been a terrible day. It wasn’t ? they made the day exciting and so relaxing by all their hard work. They charged a ton of items that they did not do, they charged to tile removal ( did not remove any), shower door remove and install they did not need to remove nor did the remove it), they charged an emergency call out fee ( we scheduled them to come out 2 weeks prior), the claimed to remove drywall of a area of 3 times the area they removed and they charge for area sizes, they charge for the drywall removal of that area, they charge for insulation removal for that area and they charge for anti-microbial agent for that area, just flat out lying on they quote, would never do business with a company that lies.
