Best Property Management in Phoenix AZ

Travis and his team were AMAZING. I will never use another company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a plumper. Not only were they on time, fast, professional and well priced they were so friendly! They were great! Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing!!

Well I was told two days ago that they would contact me to schedule the follow up for them to come install the part they ordered and still haven’t heard back. Also wasn’t professional at all that the plumber (Adam) washed his face and head in my kitchen sink after finishing up the job. Their whole job was to fix the water heater and I completely understand it’s super hot outside but not very professional especially over my dishes??



I would not recommend just because I don’t find this behavior very professional and the job still isn’t done when they told me it would be.

Peerless cleared out some roots we had growing in our pipes and inserted liners into the existing pipes saving us the hassle and expense of ripping out and redoing landscaping. They were very easy to work with and videoed all do their work effort to show us each phase of the process. We would definitely recommend them.

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

Hire this company, they are amazing. We had a diy failure and Kelly was able to come out and fix our leak. We called during the evening and Kelly showed up at 6am to fix our problem. We are so impressed by the work, professionalism, and communication. We will definitely be back but hopefully not to soon.

Trevor E. came out to my home the morning of March 12 and did a great job replacing my gas water heater, despite the obstacles of a tight space and many pipes running all over. I'm pretty sure it was this company that did my last replacement about 10 years ago, so hope this one lasts as long.
