Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

I would highly recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services to anyone that needed treatment for bedbugs. Chris Krchnavy and his crew were excellent to work with. They did a good job with the least amount of disruption to our household. The heat treatment is the best that can be done and takes care of the problem with the first treatment. Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.

Cole is very polite, professional and when asked questions he explains the answers so well that it makes sense. He is an asset to the company.

Daniel showed up on time after he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He surveyed the infected area and then sprayed with a solution that (hopefully) will take care of my problem. While he was spraying for the termites he explained every step of what he was doing and what the chemical would do to the termites. I feel like he is a true professional in his field.

I spoke a tech working in a neighbor's yard and called re having service in our yard. Office staff were quick to explain several options to us, answer any questions and have service scheduled quickly. Tech communicated with us to let us know he was on his way (at scheduled appt. time) and handled our service quickly and professionally. Very good tech and also answered a question I had.
