Very thorough and they are always friendly. We had a huge scorpion problem and after a couple months of using them we saw our problem go way down and over the years the problem is almost gone. Highly recommend them.

I've used Urban Desert Pest Control for both general pest control (they really helped with spiders and the wasps we'd get in the summer) and now, termite treatment. I like the general pest control because they don't require a contract and their pricing is reasonable. They've also always been on time and never canceled last minute or had any other service issues.When we saw the dreaded termite tubes, I asked other friends for recommendations, but also called the company we've already used for general pest control--Urban Desert Pest Control. We ultimately decided to use Urban Desert Pest Control for our termite treatment because the pricing seemed very comparable to everyone else--especially when you consider there is an automatic (and transferrable) 5 year warranty for no additional cost -- some places only had a 2 year warranty up front. They came out to treat in a reasonable time. Matt treated our house and was very professional and arrived on time. He reminded us of our warranty and to call if we see any activity in the next 5 years. Additionally, the company offers additional years of warranty for a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend all the staff at Urban Desert Pest Control, but especially appreciated the service today by Matt to treat our home for termites. They do great work and have always been on time and professional in my experience with them.

I originally scheduled for an 8 am appointment and they pushed me from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12 without asking if I was available. The service guy was very nice but I had to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate them. I was then told on the phone I should have called to verify.**Jon reached out to apologize and make it right. Very happy that he took the time to try and rectify the situation.**

Hirrible experience. Was cut off on freeway by older Caucasian male and after I honked he decided to give me the middle finger. I doubt it was a thumbs up.

These guys are great! They call ahead and show up when they say they will...we haven't had any problems with pests -- which is really something to say at springtime in the desert after a very wet year!

So I have never used a pest control service before and never really needed one until I moved to my new house about a month and a half ago... the previous owners said they had never seen a scorpion; we found 6 within the short time of being here. We literally have everything from scorpions, cockroaches, water beetles, spiders you name name it! A friend of mine recommended Family First Pest Control and evening though I hesitated at first, I am beyond thrilled I called them! Josh (the owner) came out and answered so many questions honestly and in detail. That was really important to me since this was my first time. He had character (meaning not some robot that spouted of a line he’d used a thousand times) and showed he really cared about the work he does and the business he is trying to run! Very excited to have him back in a few months! Thank you guys so much for the peace of mind you have given to me and my husband for our pets and kids!

Moxie does pretty good. All their techs are nice and professional. Haven't seen much evidence of activity since using them. This past service the tech left the gate wide open rather than close it behind him. I would think that would standard operating procedure for pest control. I would recommend them overall. 6/18/22 update. All is still well, my tech today, Andre, did a great job.

They work independently, come and go without needing my help.If there is a downside, it is that they only have one rat trap in my entire backyard. I have seen roofrats. I have caught one myself and they have caught one.I prepaid for a year ($840). It was expensive but I hate having those rats in my yard and one even got into my home!

One of the best pest control companies out there! I just moved from out of state and had some unwanted bug friends in my home, a gentleman named Carl came out and walked me through the process! A respectable company, I will continue to use!

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!
