Best Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

I have used Hayward in the past and always felt they did a great job. However, I recently asked for a quote. They scheduled someone to come by which he did and I never received a written estimate. Asked for them to provide and they still have not sent to me. The individual that came to my home, provided what he thought was a rough estimate and I felt it was way too high. Hence, the reason for requesting a written quote. In any case they lost my business and I am using another tree service. Unfortunate, as I was a recurring customer for them.

10.31.2017- Update. My wife did say she received the quote but is was double what another tree service/Arborist is charging. It's never been that high and I have less trees than when they last did my property. Still lost my business.

Very unprofessional!!!! On the day I was to meet Dustin - he called to ask me to meet him right away - 5 hours before our scheduled appt (an appt I made the previous week). Apparently, it was more convenient for him to meet earlier. I could not drop everything to meet w/ him then since I was @ work. He agreed to meet at our appt time. He then texted a message to me AT our appt time, saying that he can't make it because he has another landscape job. Unbelievable!! Obviously, we're done! I think I dodged a bullet not dealing w/ these people.

Amazing company! Mike Carver came out to give a bid on my dying Citrus trees and immediately put me at ease. He was very professional and his knowledge of tree biology and how to help them blew my mind. I signed up for some deep root feeding as well as tree injections and got on a health care plan so that my trees can get the continued help they need. If you're looking for a company that knows the tree industry inside and out and how to help your stressed and/or dying trees, Tree Feeders of Arizona is that company!

They are sometimes late in arriving and because of that the weeds took over and they charged me $50 more last month! Normally happy with them though!

I have worked closely with Alec Edwards and has been a great experience. They handled our trees and our house with excellent care. Received prompt replies and their customer portal (to pay invoices) is very well setup and easy to use.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
