I got 3 quotes on termite service and Urban Desert Pest control was very competitively priced and they did a great job. Tino and Matt were the techs who performed the service. They were quick, thorough , and put everything back they had to move to perform the treatment. I would highly recommend this company.

We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

I want to post this review about one employee in particular. Eric Vejar. Eric is not only polite and responsive to our needs as a client, but he is also very considerate and thoughtful. He keeps track of any issues we experience and checks on them upon arriving. He also ensures certain areas near our property are pest free. Additionally, he is very friendly and talks to both me and my wife, remembering conversations we have had in the past. He remembers our dogs name and checks on his well being. Every time Eric stops by me and my wife both comment on what a pleasant and professional person he is. If it was up to me I would recommend a raise for Eric. Seriously can’t say enough god things about this employee.

Johnny came out today and he was great. He explained the process to me and was able to answer my questions.

I was able to schedule a treatment right away and Michael was thorough in his work and answering questions.

Nick is wonderful! I contacted him to help with our scorpion problem and he responded very quickly and was able to come out and spray the same week! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend!

Austin sprayed our apt for bed bugs and made us feel extremely at ease since the bugs were driving us crazy. He was very kind and was very intelligent about his line of work, not only that he was quick with his work and did it well. I would recommend AZ heat any time of day

We have been using Moxie for several years now. At our old home and now at our new. Their service is always great. Transfering service from one house to another was easy. Our regular guy Josh N is very respectful and professional everytime. Just resuntly got rid of a ant problem we had in our kitchen. Definitely recommend Moxie and Josh N.
