On Sunday afternoon, terminate tubes showed up. Researched reviews on Yelp. Called them on Monday afternoon to schedule a free estimate. I met the owner Brad. Super nice and professional. They where able to fit me into their schedule the next day. My technician was Matt Lane. He was very nice, professional and told me what he was going to do each step of the extermination. I highly recommend this company and my technician Matt. Great experience. Well done!

First off, I called and was so impressed we got same day service which is amazing! Eric showed up and was wonderful! He even stayed late to dust our back wall to help get rid of scorpions. When my wife and I realized our 'problem', we didn't know where to turn and just had to place our faith in the company we felt the most comfortable with based on their information and reviews posted online and on our conversations on the phone and when the technicians came to our house. With the speed we needed, Chris came to our house and gave a thorough and honest assessment and then soon after, the treatment. Even though the situation couldn't be more upsetting, there aren't enough good words to say how much Chris gave us confidence in his handling of this ordeal and settling us down by telling us how good the outcome could be. He was calm (which we needed!) and thorough and took complete control. He explained everything and made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood everything. Although still early, we know, since the treatment, we haven't been bitten again! Our utter thanks and undying gratitude to Arizona Heat Pest and especially to Chris for his caring and understanding and help!!

I let them know I saw a scorpion in my home and they came out right away. Noah was very nice, clean cut and professional. He sprayed inside the house and worked around the house.

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

We began using Mastertech services for our pest control last year and have had excellent service during each treatment visit. The representative Zach is extremely professional and knowledgeable re: pest control issues in the Phoenix valley-we know because as transplants to the area we have had to ask lots of questions.
