We've been working with Bill's for nearly 10 year's now. Every since the call to them 10 year's ago until our most recent call they've been taking care of our properties perfectly. Austin immediately assessed my unique situation and prepared an immediate and permanent solution to eliminate the problem without any structural damage or alterations. He and Paul arrived and implemented the treatment and were both professional enough to move some things around to get their job done. The treatment is an outstanding success and the warranty is rock solid.
This was a life changing event that could've conceivably amounted to total loss of home but this company took full control and turned it right around. STEER CLEAR!

They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to follow up there is none..... 500.00 down the drain! There is to many pest control companies to have to use someone who can't have the respect of returning your phone call or providing proper service to begin with so we don't have to call for a retreatment. No call back!!!

Tyler's one of the best people we've hired at our house. He's gone above and beyond. The value is good too.

Casey is very nice and does a great job at my house! He sprays a lot and throughout which I love. We had an issue with different company last spring so hopefully this spring will be bug free which it has been good so far :)

Terrible service specifically asked to be called 30 minute's prior to showing up. Was told the technician called me and left voicemail and never got called or a voicemail on my phone. Was waiting in front of my phone waiting for the phone call . Obviously the do NOT know how to follow instructions. Terrible customer service!!!!!
