Alex was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He was thorough and did a wonderful job working around a full house with kids and animals. He was very efficient and professional. The night of treatment i looked around my yard with a black light and was very happy to see that the scorpions that were present were dead. The next morning I was even happier to see that the roaches died outside before getting a chance to come in the house. We have had 3 other companies try and deal with our roach problem to no avail. So far I am very pleased with bills. Looking forward to using them for our future pest control needs.

We had everything! Earwigs, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ants and scorpions. Jeff was our tech, he showed up on time, he was professional and explained what he was going to do. It’s been 2 days now and I feel very comfortable that we are bug free. The morning after the treatment, I had never seen so many dead cockroaches out in the driveway. I was happy to sweep them away. I haven’t seen a mosquito, an ant ... nothing. Urban will definitely be our go to bug people from now on. I highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control.

The only pest control company I’ll ever use! I’ve tried multiple others in the past and still found crickets and Scorpions in my house! Insectek is the only company that keeps all insects out of my house and yard! I’m incredibly allergic to scorpion venum therefore having a good pest control company is IMPERATIVE! I recommend them to everyone and I’ve used them for over 3 years now!

Dan services our home and is great to work with. He does a fantastic job, is always nice and friendly. I actually look forward to our service day because of Dan. Great company, great employees. Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

Technician, Klark did an excellent job. He called in advance to advise me he was on his way. Arrived when he said he would. I rarely see any pests around my house. I would highly recommend this company and Klark is an excellent technician.

This company is shady. They sent me a bill in the mail for a “renewal notice” but I have never once used there services and I’ve never even spoken with someone at the company. I wouldn’t trust them with my home.
