I absolutely loved my experience with Bill's Pest & Termite. Gemma was a treat to work with. Her expertise was welcomed and her honest approach refreshing. Michael the technician was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time with the treatment and made sure to clean up when he was finished. I feel much more protected now that my home has been treated by this professional staff. I would highly recommend them for their expertise and local experience.

Discovered that we had termites. Blue Sky came out the next day to do inspection. Determined termites were present. A few days later they were on site and did remediation. They were fantastic. Highly recommend their services.

When I decided to change my pest control company, I did a lot of research and chose Urban Pest Control. To start, I gave them our most difficult pest management problem - roof rats in the crawl space above the ceiling. After 10 years of on-again off-again problems, they identified the entry points missed by my previous supplier and we have had no problems since that time. I then gave them my general pest control business followed by my termite control contract. The termite barrier had been created more than 17 years ago and needed to be redone. Their price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. Andrew and Tyler even removed and released a 3.5 ft. snake from some timbers we had in the back yard. Everyone involved with this company has been pleasant, helpful and efficient. I strongly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

First time use of company services in 2019. Totally satisfied with the results and service. Received ample notifications, and the Tech, Porter Hebdon was polite, assistive, and knowledgeable. I plan on continuing to use the service in the upcoming 2020 year.

Joe is the best! I can't speak for the others, but Joe is terrific! He is professional, personable, and thorough. It is clear he cares. Joe himself gets five (5) stars. The only reason I am giving the company 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe there is a way to address the root cause of the scorpion hot spot in the Santa Fe subdivision of McCormick Ranch, but I have never seen that discussed or pursued. It makes sense as it is not in the financial best interest of the company to do that (and not their responsibility to lead the charge). I simply believe that the best pest elimination companies will work WITH you to address all root causes of infestation. Until the root cause is addressed, Burns (and specifically Joe) are terrific as a stop gap. :)

The all pest and weed service is excellent. I have awesome weed service from Mark and excellent pest service from Greg. The billing department for this company really sucks. They double bill you if you are not paying attention. I pay yearly for weed and pest and they will try to bill me again during the year. The girls that work in the office are rude when I try to straighten out my bill. I have also had my service changed without notifying me. They changed by treating less area for weeds and charging the same amount of money. Just keep your invoices and pay attention to what they are doing. The service techs are great!

Nick and Steve were incredibly professional, thorough, honest, and attentive to our variety of needs! We’ve utilized Fromms for weed control as well as rodent removal and have been very satisfied with all services! Steve came weekly to rebait our rodent traps until the issue was resolved and Nick sealed our home to prevent any further issues. We would highly recommend Fromms Pest Control for all future services!

Cole is super nice, very professional, and explained processes and chemical treatments that need to be done. Today was my first experience with Moxie, but so far I’m very pleased. Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!
