Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !

From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Square One Restoration is legit. I met Ryan on New Year’s Eve when I had a sudden leak under my kitchen sink. He personally came promptly and started the recovery hours before New Year’s Eve. He is knowledgeable about the industry, he is professional and patient; even though I asked him the same questions a million times, he didn’t mind re-explaining in a way that I could understand. Insurance litigation process has so many micro-details. He helped me follow up on my 2 insurance claims through the months of multiple emails and readjustments because I had almost given hope while waiting. I was never worried about who was coming to my house as his crew is just as professional and he updated me accordingly. My kitchen looks better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up updating a few things around the house with his expertise, as I realized early on that his recommendations were way better than my limited thinking. He’s the kind of guy who does the right thing, even when no one is watching. There’s no job that’s “hard” for his team. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Square One Restoration for future upgrades or renovations.

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.
