Dallas came to my house to perform my initial general pest service. He was very thorough, and patient with me, as I’m sure I asked a million questions that didn’t matter. He took the time to point out areas around my home that may be conducive to my pest issues, and how to also help remedy some of the issues myself. He walked me through my home pointing out interior points of entry for the scorpions I’ve been seeing. He understood my concerns, as I have a 2 year old at home, and don’t want him getting bit/stung by scorpions. He didn’t leave one stone unturned, I’d recommend this company to anyone who will listen… Heck I’d recommend them twice, for those that won’t! It’s been less than 24 hours, and I’ve already noticed a significant difference. Dallas warned me I may see more bugs than usual (dead), and that’s just a sign the treatment is doing its job. Dallas is definitely an asset to Bill’s Pest!

After a scorpion sting I knew it was time to call in the professionals. My daughter who uses Urban recommended them. Jose was like a warrior examinating every crack and crevice for the creepy crawlers in both my house and yard. What an awesome job and a relief to have control again over the bugs. Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

It's comforting when a job is done thoroughly, and even previous trouble spots are inspected to insure that my concerns are alleviated, even if the problem is not initially obvious. The first time I saw a termite tunnels, I used my home Warrenty to treat the spot. After a few months I saw multiple termite tunnels and began setting up bids/quotes for full service. After I received the bids I choose to go with 520 Termite & Pest Solutions. The inspector RJ was knowledgeable and gave me an in-depth analysis of the current condition of the house along with informative in-site on the industry. Because of his I choose to go with 520.

On the scheduled service day my wife and I needed to have the the service begin at the beginning of the time frame and they were able to accommodate that. Mike was on time, gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was through and did a clean job. When I asked him questions about pest control he answered knowledgeably and with over 20 years of experience shared how the treatment services a changed in a good way.
