Just had Nate and Matt come out to the house, same day as I called, to unclog my shower drain that had a wash cloth sucked down it. They worked quickly and we're professional, cleaned up after themselves!

I was able to get an appointment by the next day- a miracle as other companies had me waiting 2 weeks. Belsito repairman was on time, got to work quickly on my problem and finished within 20 minutes. He left the area clean and I was happy with his work and to be back to normal.

These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

They arrived fairly quickly and solved my problem in a reasonable amount of time.

I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater.
