We recently discovered that our home had termites. After some searching on the internet, we came across Bill's Pest and Termite. We read several glowing reviews so we decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very polite and we were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. During the inspection our termite specialist was very informative and helpful in planning our treatment. He was able to answer all of our questions. Our treatment was scheduled for the next week. Our service tech arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what the procedure entailed and what we could expect. Overall our experience was very good and we highly recommend their services to others!

They where able to fit me into their schedule the next day. My technician was Matt Lane. He was very nice, professional and told me what he was going to do each step of the extermination. I have used Western Exterminating for many, many years. They are the best. They show up on time and call to remind me when they are coming. If I have an issue they will come back quickly to take care of it. They have done regular bug exterminating for me, but also termites and bees.

Nick was professional and polite throughout the entire experience and even came back to do some last minute touch ups (Im picky). Been using Ambassador for years and they are reliable and a great value for the service they provide. My home backs up to a desert preserve and I seldom see a scorpion or other crawling insects either inside or outside. I highly recommend Ambassador.

I previously worked for this company as a termite technician learning the in and outs of the job also learning pest control ad I had. O previous experience but roger the owner wanted me to come aboard the team and I was thrilled at the least And I worked for them for almost days I went on numerious jobs and I had all kinds of issues from poor communication to driving to locations that were not scheduled spending countless hours of no production due to the process and i went to work everyday that was requested of me and worked proudly only To be scheduled for work on 2/28 then called into the office for “team meeting” only to find out I was being terminated and wasn’t provided any information other than we like the way you carry yourself and it’s not a good fit and that the owner was out of town so other staff had to provide me the message? Only to file unemployment and receive a letter of denial as the company says I was insubordinate but never had any warning or write up so I say this company was dishonest to an employee how can they be loyal to customers?

DJ was the inspector. Very professional and detailed. Explained everything to my wife. Dan was the technician that came to our home. He explained every step that he was going to perform. Both were within the time frame that was given. Great company representatives.

We found bed bugs in our house and we were freaked out! I called around to many pest control places and City Wide was the best price and had a 30 day guarantee after treatment. We have had the best experience with them, their technicians are very helpful, especially Dave French, and very friendly. I would call them again and again. (Hopefully I won't need to!)They are also very knowledgeable. I called them because a swarm of bees was in my mother-in-law's tree and they let me know that usually they swarm around the queen and would fly away in a few hours and because bees are so important to the environment they didn't want to kill them if they didn't have to. So we waited and in an hour, they flew away just like they said they would and we didn't have to harm any bees. I would recommend City Wide to everyone I know!
