Wayne came buy on time and was very polite and knew what to do with my problem and did a great job.I was very please and satisfied. This company is lucky to have such a good hard working very conscious guy. Wayne came by again on 2/4/2021 the same as last time on time very polite and courteous. Took care of the problem did a good job. This day and time your company is lucky to have him as a employee.

We have been using Blue Sky Pest Control for 9 years and they are fabulous! They are always super nice amd professional and do a fantastic job keeping the scorpions (and the rest of the bugs) away :)! I have recommended them to several of my friends over the years and everyone is always happy with them and continue to use Blue Sky.

Not only was Brad very knowledgeable and professional, he explained ever process in detail. He was very nice and looking forward to continue using his services in the future.

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

We have been using Burns Pest for over 10 years. Excellent Customer Service, if we ask for a second spray, they are quick to take care of us. Ben is the BEST!

I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

I'm so glad that we found Fromms Pest Control. The weeds in our backyard were out of control and we needed help. Nick came out to our house and sprayed the weeds and the results were amazing! We also started using Nick for our monthly pest control service. He's very communicative, punctual, and friendly. I would recommend Fromms Pest Control to anyone!

Austin and Tony were complete professionals and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services. I would absolutely give them a call if the need ever arises again.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

Sadly they only get one star. This used to be a reputable business as it was Arizona Exterminator. Now the customer service has gone downhill. You never know what serviceman you will get. Unreliable is the only word that comes to mind.

Wondeful customer service. My technician was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I can rest easy knowing John and Mastertech have all of my pests problems under control.

Extremely satisfied with this company. They were fast, prompt and most importantly did an amazing job. Kyle was knowledgeable, personable and worked fast to tackle our issue! This company made my family feel at ease and helped us get a hold on a growing issue. One last thing, my dogs dont like people but they liked Kyle so that should tell you a lot! I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for all our insect and pest needs!
