I can't say enough about how good Scott Roofing Company is to work with and their work is above the highest standard. When issues were found they fixed them without hesitation and with no extra charge. The workers were easy to work with and very professional. The supervisor was also on the job site most of the time ensuring that they job was done correct and also pitched in doing his share of the work. They listened to me the customer and helped me understand what was gong on all the time always offering suggestions to the end results. I was not discouraged to ask questions when I had them. They were on the job on time and never left until the job was completed even working in o the night using flashlights to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone and rate them an A++

Very easy to work with!

Called to make an appointment and they were not able to work with my schedule. I work nights and wanted to have them come out around noon. The lady was nice but unwilling to work with my schedule.

Inspection revealed some potential leak areas on the roof of my patio. Craig gave me a fair estimate and went over the rest of my roof and what should be done now and what I could wait on. The patio repair was done professionally and on time. There was no garbage or debris left in my yard. Debbie, in the office, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. These guys almost make me wish I had more roof issues just to hire them again!

Ky-Ko did great work and I would highly recommend them from the person that came out initially to the guys that did the work. I think they could use some help in their communication in scheduling as I had to call them multiple times to confirm the install dates. Every time I called I was made to feel that I was a burden.

Beyond disappointed. Over 2 weeks ago I had someone come out to do an estimate for us. After reviews online and word of mouth recommendation I was super excited to see what Lyon had to offer. We have some damage on the roof but we were really wanting quotes to redo the entire roof. After an entire week with no estimate I called as I thought this was really strange. The women I spoke with said they have been busy but she would put a note in that we needed our estimate ASAP. Well guess what..
We are now over 2 weeks still no estimate. I could never trust this company to actually show up on time to do work if they can't even get me an estimate in a timely manner. Super dissatisfied, something must have changed from the time of the positive recommendation I received.

Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

I've had nothing but the best experience with Vertex Roofing from start to finish. I was interested in getting my house re-roofed with a metal roof so I submitted a request through Home Advisor as well as called several roofing companies in the area. Shortly after submitting a request, I got a friendly yet professional call from Vertex who helped answer questions and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with Alex from Vertex who came out to walk the property and discuss the details of size/cost, etc. He gave a thorough presentation of the product and answered a ton of questions I had. I was highly impressed. After our initial appointment, I decided to have other roofing companies come provide their estimates for a comparison. I was quickly faced with impatience, unprofessionalism, and incorrect quotes/estimates from every other company that came out. After some time and thought, I decided to hire Vertex to take on the job. Alex helped work through some modifications to the initial contract and was always quick to respond to questions, etc. Fast forward 6 months to install time, I got to coordinate installation with Jim who was very responsive and informative. On the first day of install, I got to meet the foreman Robert and his crew who were super friendly and personable. I could immediately sense their level of professionalism and etiquette. They were careful to protect all of the equipment (AC unit, pool, deck, heater, etc.) prior to getting up on the roof. After delivering the roofing material, I noticed that the metal panels were not the agreed upon size on the contract agreement. I mentioned it to Robert and he immediately reached out to Jim. Jim personally called me to sincerely apologize for his error on ordering the wrong size panel.
I truly respected his honesty and his determination to make it right. He did everything he could and somehow worked his magic. He made some calls and was able to expedite delivery of the correct material the next day! The crew worked quickly but thoroughly. Each day I came home from work, Robert and the crew would give me brief updates and were happy to take a look at some problem areas such as a rotted fascia board I noticed. Robert took this on and made the repair promptly. When the job was complete, Robert gave me a quick tour up on the roof and chatted about maintenance advice, etc. The crew cleaned everything very thoroughly including any loose nails or screws that fell. Overall, I was highly impressed with Vertex and the beautiful new roof that I have. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

I cannot praise Precision Roofing enough. They did a wonderful job and their customer service is second to none. John is great to work with, Austin and the entire team are great group of hard working guys. They not only stress attention to detail, but also get the job done in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and neighbors and look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement!
