Best Commercial A/C in Phoenix AZ

Our original construction, dual pane, 23 year old windows failed with water leaks, dust leaks and condensation on the inside of the window panes. We researched four different window companies with both overlay and remove and replace options. We chose the remove and replace option. This happens on two different days. The first is remove and replace. The second is stucco and drywall repair. I spent a life time in construction in multiple states and countries in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Cesar and his crew did the stucco and drywall repair. In all of my construction experience, I have never seen such a hard working crew with an obvious concern for the proper level of quality. They accepted my few requests with a polite yes sir. Anyone will tell you that the replacement stucco finish may not be a perfect match. Cesar and crew's was a perfect match!
As far as the windows go, we chose the vinyl, beige frame, low E, green tint, argon gas filled. We are excited to get our first full month electricity bill. The house looks good, is cooler, glare free and quieter!

We had an unusual request. We needed a large bathroom mirror cut down to fit better over the vanity, in our recently purchased home. They arrived at the scheduled time, took the mirror off the wall, trimmed it to the size we needed, and remounted it. No fuss no muss.

Gabriel was my installer today. What a great Installer! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable and customer service was off the charts. This guy is an asset to this company. He called 30 min. before as I requested. Ten min. later, he called and said he had a flat and would be a little longer than expected. Ten min. later, he texted me updating that it was worse than expected. He called 30 min. later and was on his way. He promised the glass would be done in an hr. and he beat the time. Much faster than I expected.I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and communication as this could have been a nightmare for him and a day long ordeal for me. I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
