We've used Urban Desert before when we've had issues with various pests, staff is always friendly and can usually accommodate an appointment at short notice. Our Technician Matthew was very helpful is giving us advice on how we can deal with an influx of mosquitos we've seen in recent months and even pointed out a possible water leak that appears to be coming from our neighbors yard that was likely the root cause.

I have used Green Home Pest Control for over 5 years now. I have never had a bad technician. They are all respectful, careful, and thorough. The main scheduling/customer service center has always been helpful with price adjustments based on my own life changes (this is my 3rd different property with them). They send reminder emails and you can communicate with them through text. Overall, nothing but great experiences!

Sounded like person showed up late in the day, seemed to be here 10 minutes, called burns a few weeks later about still being weeds in the back yard, person came out, this is 3 months later and weeds never went away. Very Disappointed!

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

We have always been happy with Envision pest control services with our old home and now that we bought a new home they are going above and beyond to make our house bug and rodent free due to the house being vacant for a few months. Casey always does a great job and very friendly and lets us know what was done during his visit. Everybody on the team is Awesome!!!

While I did experience an issue with the tech being late (5min, there is a 3 HR window I already waited) he did call about 30min before the end of the window to let me know. This wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't told them when setting up the appointment that I absolutely could not do anything later. After talking with the office staff we went ahead with the service. I'm glad I did the tech was friendly and efficient. The owner called me herself and apologized for the confusion and has notated my account so this won't happen again.
