They are always on time and great communication with follow up phone calls when I was so stressed about the tick infestation in my house. They take the time to let you know what you need to do to alleviate problem areas and they treat you like family, not just quickly spraying and leaving like other companies I have encountered. This company is very trustworthy and honest and words cannot express how truly grateful and satisfied I am for finding them. I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for a few months now and they are amazing. Always on time, they treat the problem at the source and are friendly and knowledgeable. Update! My last review was 2 years ago and I just have to leave another one... their customer service is so great. I saw 2 huge spiders yesterday and Brian (such a nice guy!) was at my house 2 hrs later and he was here for over an hour making sure they got to the root of problem! Thanks!Their customer service is awesome. The guys are always so great and friendly. I would (and do!) recommend!

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

We have used Truly Nolen for over eight years. They may be a bit more expensive than the folks that just spray all through your home, but we prefer to keep the poisons out of our home. Their extrerior zone defense works great, resulting in little or no pesticides in our home. Last year we had a problem with scorpions. They determined that the scorpions were in the walls. Under warranty and at no charge to us, they did what is normally a very expensive treatment - drilling tiny holes between the studs and injecting the pesticide into the walls. We have had no scorpions or other bugs since that time.

MyBrandon Ballard came to Church to do the annual inspection for termites, which they have been doing for about 10 years. Extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend.

Service had always been fantastic. Suddenly going down hill fast. Now you have a 5 hour window in which you have to wait, I have much better things to do than wait for someone when I am the customer. In the past you could get a 7:00 am appointment or 8:00 to 11:00 window. They took away their edge which gave them the business.
