Evan did an absolutely amazing job when he came out and sprayed our home. He went above and beyond by finding a removing a wasp nest with over 100 larvae. Very professional and knowledgeable, would highly reccomend City Wide Pest Control!

We've had a termite bond with this company since we bought our home 18 years ago. The property was trenched and retreated last year. We recently discovered termites in the house. While Sexton did treat the area, they also said we had not provided access to the interior of the garage and/or hadn't paid for that level of treatment. We were never asked to provide access or told it was needed. I asked the technician to inspect the attic area for damage, but he declined. I do not trust this company to protect our property.

Quick to respond, very competent and knowledgeable. Took time to explain exactly what I was dealing with. He was able to rule out bed bugs very quickly and did not try to push expensive treatments for nothing.

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, and took their time to fully explain to me the problem I have (pigeons nesting underneath my solar panels) and how best to handle the situation. I was fully informed every step of the way. Derek was fantastic, and so was his colleague (his name temporarily escapes me). The work was perfectly done. The crew were very courteous and professional through out. They even offered to come back a few times for free to further inspect the panels if needed. The pricing was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them.
