I have only ever used this company. I've had for homes, and they have serviced each one. They use quality products, have a quick response time, and all the technicians are courtesy and knowledgeable. I've been using them since around 2002. Highly recommend Matt and his staff.

Customer service was really rude, hung the phone up on my face trying to schedule an appointment. Tried to call back they ignored my call and closed the office early.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Well priced and excellent service. You will need multiple treatments to fully rid your house of termites and they are quick to come out for retreatments. I paid $600 and had a five year warranty. I would highly recommend them.

Pest control techs need new training cause contracted with my apartment complex and telling them bed bugs dont travel to units lie. Prior experience of bed bugs they do travel and also called other pest control and they confirmed they do.
