I was frightened when I noticed a termite tube on the foundation. Lisa who paid me a visit inspected whole house in and out. She advised me on how the process will go and what to expect. It was very educational. Next day the crew came and took care of everything. It was over a year ago. No sign of termites and I still enjoy extended warranty.Smooth, professional, affordable. Blue Sky Pest Control has been providing services to my home since I moved to the area in 2012. I have been very happy with the customer service and the professional technicians who have seen to it that my property and home stay free from pests.

Our service technician, Tony, did an amazing job! He took his time to thoroughly spray the inside of the house, garage & yard. He took care of the entire patio and all around our outside living area. He even swept and removed cobwebs from all corners of our covered patio and eaves around the house. This was the best service we have had from Urban Desert Pest Control and we have been using them for the past year. I can highly recommend the company and especially Tony. He truly did a fantastic job.

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

My main gripe is that the gentleman showed up without a mask. I refused him entry. He was then supplued a mask by my manager and returned. This guy has been taking care of this building for a while now and knows we are either old or ill. He was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude, period.

I had an inquiry about a potential summertime ant infestation problem and I was promptly scheduled for service, and not only did they give me a free bait station but the whole thing ended up being free of charge because it was not an infestation the way I thought it was. This is a great professional company that does right by their customers, for a fair price too. What more can you ask for?

I don't know if its a good value or not; I've never used anyone else. More important is that RJ is always willing to teach me and never pressures me about any service or product.
