Jon from Bill’s did a wonderful job pigeon proofing our solar panels, removing established nests and cleaning up after the problem we had had with birds. He took several photos and went over everything with the initial quote, and when we decided to go with this company, they were on time and thorough. The price was fair and we couldn’t be happier to have the pesky rooftop house guests (pigeons) gone... they were so noisy, dirty and destructive. Huge thanks to Bill’s for everything!

It feels like their coming out is just a formality, going thru the motions in 10 minutes or less just to justify the $35/mo. Still seeing ants, spiders and scorpions on a regular basis, always with an excuse; It's the weather, it takes time, seeing a little activity is normal, our product drives them out so You'll see more for awhile. I suppose that all makes sense. What doesn't make sense is paying $35/mo to hear explanations for WHY I'm seeing bugs as opposed to just seeing bugs.

David is my favorite pest control guy of all time. Knowledgeable, funny, and great at what he does. Love him! Also, Angela is so great to work with. She is always on top of responding to my rescheduling requests and any billing questions I may have. I've been a happy customer for over 5 years and can't see myself anywhere else.

Benito was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He listened to my concerns and treated all the areas necessary to protect us from termites. He double checked our house inside and out, and made sure to tell me to call if I have any concerns or notice any activity.

Today was our first service and Enrique was our tech.He was so nice and professional and spent almost an hour. He spent time cleaning off all our window spider webs and answered all our questions while also giving us so much great info !I’m so happy and glad that we switched to this company instead of who we were using before!

Diego is always friendly, prompt, professional and takes the time to listen to what issues you have and then react appropriately and professionally. He is an asset to this company and I trust him to be at the house doing the extermination even if I'm not home.

We get regular service from this company at multiple properties. Over the last year their service has gone from great to not very good. We are thinking of leaving them for service because of all of the service issues.

He was extremely thorough in his task, report, and recommendation based on his findings, and he was quick to complete his work. Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

Cole done a great job and answered all our questions

I called and spoke to Josh this morning and Casey showed up this afternoon. He was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job clearing out the cobwebs and treating the inside and outside of our home. He made sure all my questions were answered and our pest control needs were met. This was excellent customer service from start to finish and the contract was very reasonably priced. I'm so thankful that I called.

Called to have a routine pest control and was told they were going to charge me $249 for a one time visit. I have no clue how they are still in business when they are scamming people.

Scheduled a first appointment as a new customer for a Sat. Service technician never showed up to perform the job, nor did I receive a courtesy call to reschedule or to let me know they had to cancel. I was very disappointed I spent my whole afternoon waiting for a tech to show up and I received no communication they were not going to show up. 3 days later I receive a call to let me know they had to cancel due to the weather and would like me to reschedule. I scheduled a appointment with a new company that showed up as promised and kept me up to date Before their arrival.
