Project was completed in more than a timely fashion. They cleaned up all debris and sweeped sidewalks everyday so our outside activity was .not interrupted

We had never met Josiah, Jeff, or Mike before we started our roof...but we feel like we picked the best roofing company to take care of our roof!!

We had a lot of logistics to workaround. I will only be able to understate the difficult task that was required to replace our roof. To start, we had a shake shingle on the front and asphalt composition on the back. We did not want to lose the shake shingle characteristics of our home. Josiah, Jeff, and Mike were patient and diligent with helping us find a roofing material that would maintain the integrity and look of our home. Decking had challenges and needed a good plan to overcome the hurdles it offered. The shake removal was extra messy to take off and clean up. The roofing crew did a fantastic job tearing off and cleaning up. When the roof was finished, an unexpected problem was noticed. It was a difficult task to resolve. They listened to our concerns and were very resolute and punctual in dealing with the issue.

They worked as a team, following up, overseeing the project, addressing concerns, and solving problems. The Crew, Project Managers, and even the Owner were very respectful and ready to get to work. We have a gorgeous roof!!!

Highly recommend, they drove out to my in laws 2 hours from Phoenix, gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work the following week. Reliable, good prices, easy to get ahold for questions, and did a great job. It was nice being able to trust someone to do a good job when you can't be out there yourself.

They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

The craftsmanship of the repairs were exceptional and the roof never looked better! The price was right, the work was great and all the people involved were great to work with. Thanks to all!

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! I had my roof repaired in October due to wind damage . Kris was here to help me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job on my roof and the cleanup afterwards was great. We had one little hitch but Kris was on top of it and all was settled with smiles. I would highly recommend using this company to all my friends.

I am very very pleased with the new roof installment on my double garage. The finished work is as nice, neat and clean as I had hoped. The salesperson, Korbyn was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the installment process as well as answering my questions. The crew, Dave's crew was from Minnesota and they were a good bunch. They were punctual and efficient. The guys didn't start too early or work too late so the neighbors were happy. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. The roof presented them with a couple challenges due to odd angles and valleys but the end result was really nice. All in all it was a job well done from the presentation to the end result. Thank you Vertex Roofing.
