I really like the customer service of this company. Matt McDougall came to my house and explained everything to me clearly and was very easy to talk to. Lifetime windows has lots of different options!

All the guys were great and really went out of there way to keep out home as dust free as possible:)

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

Tacheny came out and inspected our roof. They gave an honest assessment and we look forward to have them care for our roof in the future.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

From start to finish everything was great. We had new windows a sliding glass door and blinds installed at our condo and new sun screens made for our house. The owner John kept us informed with delivery delays and always responsive to my questions. Jose ,his son and Scott arrived on time for the install worked efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Kyle installed the window blinds quickly and made sure all our questions were addressed. We will definitely be using Imperial in the future when we have shutters done for our house. Would highly recommend

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I found PCC Roofing online and had them bid on roof replacement projects at our 38 unit condo complex built in 1974. Prior to hiring PCC we had a horrible experience with Trades Unlimited who would not honor their warranty because they used unskilled subcontractors. We then worked with Diversified who started out fine but we moved on because their communication and work product suffered. In 2020 I found PCC and have had excellent service to date. The pricing is competitive. Sean and Brian are friendly and good communicators. Informative explanations on how roofing should be done properly. And pictures of work in progress, too. Several tear offs made it clear how badly the previous roofers had been. They have replaced 7 condo unit roofs for us and we will have them back. I recommend them highly.

I just had my windows installed in my entire house and I could’ve more happy! The team of installers led by Eduardo Leyva were very professional, courteous and on time and left their work areas spotless and tidy. I got other estimates and window world was by far the best price and the windows are very good quality. I highly recommend WINDOW WORLD!!!

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
