We have had Water Fighters for two projects- one plumbing disaster and one HVAC disaster. Both times they have done high quality work. Caesar, Nicholas, Erick, and Joe on the team that have worked on the projects have all been extremely nice and done such good work you couldn't tell anything had happened to the house which I had just had remodeled. The texturing they did on my walls matched the existing walls perfectly. I was pretty amazed. They get a 5 out of 5 in my book!

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.
You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?

They get out there fast & were polite. Mr. Patrick Courtney was very pleasant, walked me through the whole process & was very professional

My insurance company actually hired them in response to some storm damage we had on our roof. I was really worried about mold in my daughter's bedroom but they showed up super fast, set my mind at ease, and got everything done right away. Then, they cleaned up after themselves! They also communicated every step of the way so I never had to guess what was going on. The technician was super professional and we actually enjoyed visiting with him while he set up his equipment and packed up when he was done. We actually live pretty far out of town, but he never made us feel like an inconvenience even though he had to drive over an hour one way just to get to my house. I would definitely call on them again whether it was an emergency or not!

When it comes to restoration issues, I have no real experience dealing with it at this point in my life. If I ever did need that kind of service, it would be a no brainer on who I call. This isn’t a good company to do business with. They drag there feet doing work, my family and I would wait weeks for them to fix the smallest things. They were referred by our Homeowners insurance agent, I wish I never did any business with them.
Please save yourself a headache and hire another company. The worst part is our home still isn’t finished and the decided to file a judgment against us.

This restoration service was fantastic. They were always on time, did what they promised all while being very professional and very neat and clean. There was never a mess in our house, and they paid attention to all the details many contractors or trade professionals let slip. Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!

A huge mirror in our guest bathroom fell off the wall and damaged the toilet, bathtub, and stone tile. Belfor was there initially to clean up all the shards of glass covering the entire space and spilling into the landing. Once this safety issue was quickly addressed they moved forward with the repairs with integrity, professionalism and quality. Francisco, the contractor who managed our small project. treated us as though we were his biggest client- always responsive, patient and professional. We have worked with many renovation companies and contractors over the years. Belfor and Francisco are the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend them.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.
