This roofing company was one the most professional contractors I have ever hired. The communication was outstanding and the work was completed on time. Very pleased with the end result of their work.

TSM Roofing is a first class company, we had them do our tile roof, their price was very competative,beating several other roofers, their men were very professional and courteous, they matched tiles that had been broken by weather, during and after the job was completed they did an excellent clean up of the area. NeED a new roof after 2 companies had botched the repairs. Lyon was responsive to our needs and handled the job in a professional, workman like manner.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . For the past few years, I have been experiencing leaks and a lot of debris from the roof and I have enough. Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

Was super impressed with this company! Had roof damage during a monsoon in the summer. Zach was at my house literally a few hours after I called. He walked me through the whole process and helped me deal with my insurance company in replacing my roof. He was communicative throughout the entire process up until the completion of the roof repair. Literally had significant rainfall recently after the roof was replaced and had no issues! 6 out of 5 stars!

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.

My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.

Korbyn was the salesman I dealt with, he explained the entire process, timing of the work and payment schedule. Once the date was scheduled for the roof to be installed things went very quickly. The crew was pleasant, polite, and worked 10-12 hours a day. Robert, the foreman kept me informed of any issues. The machine they used to shape the metal to the precise measurements for my roof was amazing, in an hour and a half all the sheets were prepared and ready to go! Great job!

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!
