Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners. He also is very friendly with dogs which is always a great bonus! Their prices seem very competitive and I definitely will call them in the future and highly recommend them.

Installer (Saul) arrived and reviewed installation process in detail and then performed the work with additional company resources. Work was completed as planned. I have 40 years experience in building construction and appreciate tradesman that care. Parker and Sons isn't cheap but warranty and service agreements combined with Lennox equipment and quality people equals good value.

No return phone calls. They also didn't submit the SRP rebate forms. Work was performed in August. They cut a hole in the ceiling for a return air vent then realized there was no clearance in the attic to install in that position. Left us to get the drywall fixed ( who cuts a hole in the ceiling from the inside not from the attic side?) They also didn't move the insulation away from the cutting spot and all the insulation just fell into the bedroom and over the bed where the vent was being installed! I would never use them or recommend them to anyone!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
