They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Tzvi was very good on communicating his arrival time. Once he arrived he asked what the problem was and got straight to work. He was quick to find the issue and alleviate it. 10/10 would recommend.

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

APES was great! They came out the day we called. Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful and answered all my questions. We are new to AZ and so glad we found this company.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. My mother lives in her own home with a 24 hour caretaker. (Which is a huge blessing in itself!) However, I am in charge of her bills. When I received her last city of Phoenix water bill, the useage amount was almost doubled from the last 12 months. After asking my mom's caretaker if she noticed a water leak around the house, she said no. Then just 2 days later she told me me she found the leak in the master bathroom. The carpet was wet by the sink. I immediately called George Brazil (the only plumber I called, because of their reputation). This was on a Sunday ~ they offered to have a plumber out that day, but I figured it had been leaking for a while and we could wait until Monday. We set a scheduled time between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The office called me at 12:30 to let me know the technician would call me with a 30 to 45 minute window. He did. His name is David. And he was the most trustworthy, thorough, professional, knowledgeable plumber. He asked questions, showed me how to turn off the main water and how to read the meter. And after exhausting all senarios with the water features leading through the house and backyard looking for the culprit, we both came to the conclusion that my mom, her caretaker and her two teenagers were just using more water than normal. As far as the wet carpet, we thought that possibly somebody (maybe my mom, who has dementia) just spilt a water bottle in that area. David then wrote up his report and I signed it. I asked if he took credit cards, and he said he wasn't going to charge me, because there were no repairs to make. I was so shocked and amazed! He was there for over an hour and a half. So YES, I would use them again AND refer them to anyone who needs a plumber in an emergency, or a non emergency. Thank you David!!!

I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use for any future plumbing needs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had some flooding in my home right after getting new flooring put in. Long story short, after getting the run around in finding the source of the leak, I called Edward's since they were so highly rated. They came out and said that the flooring guys didn't put the upstairs toilet back on correctly and left. The flooring company had them come back out to take off the toilet and reinstall it, so they did. When they took off the toilet, they said that the flange was completely corroded and that that was the problem. Trever said that I would need to pay for the flange part and they would bill the flooring company for the removal and reinstall of the toilet. That made sense to me because I would have needed to buy the part anyway. He then told me it was $200! I was a little in shock, and dealing with a flooded house, among many other things, and he wanted the check before he left, so I forked it over. He then told me he would send me the invoice through email. He never did. My coworkers and friends then all told me that that is a ridiculous price for a flange. I called the owner of Edward's Plumbing, whom I originally talked to, who is Trever's father (I believe his name is Robert) and asked him why I paid $200 for a part and that that should have been billed to the flooring company. He said that he would talk to Trever and to the flooring guy and get back to me. He never did. So I called the next day. He said he didn't get a chance to call them, but he would then and call me back. He never did. I called the next day. He wouldn't answer. I left a message. He never called back. I called the flooring guy to see what to do next because my floor had started flooding again (spoiler alert: the toilet wasn't even the source of the leak). He informed me that Edward's charged him $275 (and he sent me an invoice for proof, but that's not mine to share here), which he paid, and then they told him that I never paid them!! I thought that maybe they didn't cash the check because they realized that they double charged us (they received $475 between the two of us just to take off a toilet, put on a new flange, and put the toilet back on). So I checked my bank. Nope. They had cashed the check several days before!! And had the audacity to say I didn't pay them!! I called again and *surprise surprise* they didn't answer. I left a message. They never have returned my calls. Now I will be reporting them to the BBB. They are SHADY!! BEWARE!!

UPDATE: They didn't stop the flooding! I had to call another company to come find that the leak was actually a live reverse osmosis line behind my fridge. There was zero flooding (or leaking) coming from the toilet upstairs (or any toilet) where they said the leak originated from. I see they left a comment on my review where they didn't even address me and still aren't being honest. They have not contacted me once still, and have not refunded the money, even though it shows that they commented 3 days ago!

UPDATE 2: After posting my last update, Robert finally called me back this morning and somewhat apologized. He said he could bring me over a check. I assumed that meant right then, but he just brought it at 4pm. I'm glad to have the money back, but they all need to communicate better. During his apology he also kept saying that if I had told him that it was still leaking he could have come back out to find it. I did tell he and Trever. They told me it was residual. I let him know that and he again apologized. There was some other excuse too about how I should have called and I reminded him that I did, but he didn't answer. He said that that's why calling the office is the best, because he's busy. I honestly didn't even know about an office number. I got his number from my Google search to find a plumber to begin with. I reminded him that I also left messages. Anyway, he does seem sorry, but he seemed to be trying to make excuses or pass on the responsibility. But I do appreciate that he drove out to my house to bring me a check refund for the $200.

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

I called Nu Flow Phoenix due to a plumbing emergency... a broken water pipe which they assessed the damage and stated it would cost north of five thousand... to repair a hole in a copper pipe three inches under ground. After hearing the cost I repaired the problem in less than an hour!! Thanks Nu Flow Phoenix for price gouging!!!

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.
