NVM installed our A/C unit in August 2013 and we can’t be more pleased with the service by several technicians since installation. Early Saturday morning I stepped into our bathroom and instantly found myself standing in water. There was a huge water balloon hanging from the ceiling dripping water onto our floor. After a brief cleaning I arranged for a large bucket to catch the water but didn’t puncture the balloon. I was upset that there was no service on the weekend but I did call NVM and left a message. After calling another service provider and paying them for no work I received a message from NVM that they would get someone there on Sunday. We stayed in a hotel on Saturday night and the tech arrived earlier than expected on Sunday. He was terrific and corrected the problem after having spent 2 1/2 hours in the attic. We were very pleased with the work and the professional way this was handled by NVM. On that day we confirmed our commitment to them.

The technician Ivan was incredibly unbelievable !!! Ivan diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, had the parts on the truck, and had me back up and running within 2.5 hours. Incredible service. EVERYONE out there - PLEASE use this company. You will not be disappointed.

John sorted out the cooling issues I was having and increased the cooling power. It took him some hours but he was persistent and dedicated to getting me the best cooling possible. I was very impressed, as too often people would just finish up saying 'somewhat of an improvement' and not go the extra mile.

Very professional, friendly and helpful all the way through the transaction. Even after I tried to cancel on them with less than a week before install ??????. Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Unlike most of the contractors and people we tried to work with these guys were very professional and amazing to work with. Their work is top notch and we plan on using no one else from here on out. Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours.
