Called them in for a second opinion. We've now signed up for their membership and will be getting scheduled with them to discuss financing and getting the service completed. These guys are awesome. They've been really professional, understanding, and definitely don't make us feel like their overpriced or taking advantage of us. I highly recommend them and even recommend their membership ($20 a month, on special for $10 for the rest of 2021). I've already recommended them to my mom and a friend.EDIT: Both Landon and Gian have been amazing. Shout out to them both

He was honest and came out to my home after I called in the middle of the night with cooling issues. I have a toddler and a 4 week old baby, so I greatly appreciate the prompt response and help. The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

I’d called another company and while they came out expeditiously over the weekend they never got back to us with a quote plus according to the tech they weren’t going to be able to come back out for a few days! (Compressor went out on our older model a/c unit and we needed a quote on a new unit) My husband placed a called to Sun Devil yesterday, they quoted a more than fair price and are out today. I had a new air conditioner installed by Kyle and Matt today. They showed up on time and were very professional. The crane showed up at the scheduled time and the switching of the units on top of my 2 story home was very efficient and quick. . Kyle showed me multiple pictures of the roof before the old unit was removed and various stages of the installation. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, I could immediately tell how much better the air flow was. I would recommend SG Mechanical Services for all services they offer. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

We had Mike Windle come out as a second opinion on an AC fix and he got us fixed up for a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the big guys. I can't describe how awesome he was and how appreciative we are that he was straightforward and honest with us. Hands down the best experience with HVAC that I've ever had!

The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there.
