We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. I had 2 AC units replaced by Desert diamond a couple years ago and the price, quality, and service have all been great. One of our newer units stopped working properly last weekend, so I called desert diamond to do a repair on Sunday morning. They arrived within an hour and fixed the problem immediately (blown fuse). I can’t say enough good things about that quick turnaround!

Our first technician to come out was Mike. He was very professional and straight forward. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and explained what I was looking at. Turns out our 18 year old system finally kicked the bucket. We needed a new system Heater Core and A/C. The installers were Gabriel and Leo. They both did fantastic work and took great care in our home during the install. They were at our house for about 6 hours the first day and Gabriel came back the following day for a few hours. They both were very respectful of our home and very kind. It was a lot of work they put in and we are happy with the results. Yes it does suck we had our first experience with them we dropped that kind of money but it is what it is. Im also glad we went with them and joined the Guard dog protection plan. That way we can make sure we will be toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thank you again to the entire team. Mike, Gabriele and Leo.

We were very happy with the very quick response to have our heater fixed. The current model we had was 10 years old and we decided to replace and upgrade. Brandon L and Justin M were extremely professional, efficient and guaranteed we had all questions answered. It’s always a surprise having to spend additional money without notice however we know we made the right choice and with the right company. A&M provided me with honest and quick service. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a new HVAC system. They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.

When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Called SG Mechanical in the morning when I felt my AC blowing hot air. Was advised a tech would be out between 2pm-3pm and I called at around 9:15 am. Okay it's hot but at least I can get it looked at today. To my surprise I got a call from Kyle at 9:51 am so like within 40 mins later from my call saying he would be out in 30 mins. AWESOME SAUCE!!!
Kyle was very professional and thorough, he didn't leave until he knew the system was working and I got email receipt and answered all of my questions too; which I had a lot. Great doing business with SG Mechanical and more then impressed with their tech Kyle too.

I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. Franz was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also didn’t seem to mind but actually engaged with my 6 pound dog who continually barked while he was here! He completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I will not only use this company again but will also recommend them to friends and family.

I had a few other quotes for a new air conditioning unit on my home in Tempe, but Frank came out and gave an extremely fair price right away without any going back and forth- felt comfortable with him, and could tell he has a lot of experience and confidence about his work and business. I would give him 5 stars just for being up front, honest, and for giving me a good price without any pushy sales hoopla. Grateful to have this new unit before the summer temps invade!
