BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This is a warning to the public to stay away! My garbage disposal went out on us so I called Penguin Air Pluming & Electrical to come repair whatever the issue was. GUILFRED SEIN took roughly 2 minutes and determined that the motor went out and I will need to pay $500 for a new one. Shortly after he left I got a second opinion and the new plumber pulled out a jam-buster wrench and got it working again within 30 seconds. He laughed and said “were they really going to charge you for a whole new garbage disposal?” He didn’t even feel comfortable charging me! He laughed as he walked at the door and said “girl you were aboutta get scammed” I truly was! Please do yourself a favor and look else where I am absolutely disgusted with how many other people are most likely getting scammed by this company.I called the company to complain and the lovely gentleman hung up on me! Unbelievable.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Anthony T. from North Valley Mechanical came to my house on 7/25/19 as part of a Fidelity home warranty claim for central air not working. I’ve had about 8-10 technicians come as part of home warranty claims over the past several years. North Valley Mechanical has by far been the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Anthony was extremely friendly, completely explained any issues, and assured me he’d fix any problems. I specifically noticed Anthony’s attention to detail which I really appreciate. I will never use any other company besides North Valley. Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you for him and Goettl team, great job, definitely would use them again!!

When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

But I saw that they discreetly donated a large sum of money on GoFundMe to the family of a child who lost their life in the recent shooting in Uvalde. This is a organization run by good people - I wouldn't hesitate to use their services.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Cleaned out AprilAir built in humidifier. Miles was very informative. My husband said he knew more about all the difference types of AC's x5 than anyone he has worked with and asked that I keep their information for future use.

Awesome overall experience. Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.
