Great company and great service. Moved a gasoline for us to fit a new stove and replaced a water heater and plumbed it to the ground so that it doesn't soak through the drywall if in the future the bottom rusts out. Prices are VERY reasonable compared to local competitors.

Firstly, this review is for Landmark Home Service, not Pruitts plumbing.

I cannot say more bad than good but it certainly could have been better. So far, I have attempted to find the BEST of THE BEST, as of today I have NOT. They all appear to be just in it for the money. My current one LANDMARK claims to beat out all the competition, to me they fall into the average slot. I was told by the agent at LANDMARK upon asking for help that my 30 gal water heater can only be replaced with the same size 30 gal,

so answer me this, the service tech told me they do not make 30 gal water heaters anymore. So, even tho my contract states the following;

COVERED: Gas or electric water heaters up to 70 gallons (multiple units covered), including but not limited to failure caused by

sediment; tankless water heaters;

I'm a bit perplexed, I want a company that not just talks the talk but will walk the walk and stand behind every word in the contract not find little loop holes to crawl through. I pay on average nearly 700 dollars a year for this service and on top of that a 70.00 fee immediately for the service call.

So, don't you think when I placed my first call for help I'd receive a fast, and a somewhat empathetic Landmark agent not one telling me that I might get charged another 70 dollar service call because the plumber needs to return to my home because the problem was not fixed right in the first place? Isn't there any company out there that stands upright doing the right thing??

All I can say is wow!!! I called Tzvi from Asa plumbing and told him that I had multiple plumbers look at my busted water heater who told me that they had to do more work on the installation then they would like and they would have to charge me an arm and a leg for it,Tzvi came down and replaced my water heater with no issue at all! When I came home after work I looked over the installation over and saw what a spectacular job he did! The flu pipe was pitched perfectly and he cleaned up after himself,it looked as if he was never there!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Chris and his team have been incredibly helpful during our transition to our new home. I originally picked them for a job because they quoted the best price. I’ve used them for multiple jobs in the past few days, and will continue using them in the future because of how responsive, courteous, and helpful they have been.

They were quick to take my service fee but never came through with our new water heater. Kept giving us the run around. Had to switch company's for excellent service.
