Jimmy Browne is AMAZING!!!! Our a/c went out on a Sunday and he was to our house within an hour. He did a thorough diagnostic, gave us thorough recommendations, and continued to follow up with us, as we've been waiting for a third party insurance adjuster to approve our replacement claim. He even went as far as emailing the company himself to show his support for us to expedite the process (as the temperature has been over 100 the past few days). Bob with financing was very helpful in getting our financing taken care of, so we did not have to make Jimmy go out of his way to meet us to do it. I have been beyond impressed with Penguin Air!

Don't waste your time working for such a shady business and family like this. Believe me when I say I had the worst experience coming out of HVAC School working for this company. Very unprofessional no training procedure for a new and upcoming technicians. And worst of all how evil can a company or person Kendra precisely be to hold back someone's information on the reason of why they were fired to avoid having to pay unemployment insurance.they will not forward me my own personal information as far as classes and workshops I've completed while working with their company. I have nothing good to say about this here company.

These guys are top notch! Had a problem with my heat pump no one could solve. Expert HVAC diagnosed and fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it stayed fixed. Mike was so professional and definitely an expert!

It was good having the service of a nice Christian man. I don't usually do reviews but Michael impressed me with his honesty and helpfulness. And if I find myself needing his services again I won't hesitate to call him again.

Awesome overall experience. Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.

Day & Night is fantastic! I called around 2:30pm to schedule AC maintenance and the technician, Rene, was here around 4:30pm the same day. Rene was thorough and very trustworthy. He took the time to have a conversation about our AC system and really did the best job for us. This company is staffed with people who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Called them to get a second opinion on a job that didn’t seem right. They promptly came out and saved me a ton on money by showing me the repairs weren’t needed. When my second ac unit goes out I will be calling AZ Perfect Comfort to come and replace it.
