This was an emergency no water to the house. Mitch called within 30 mins after describing the problem he thought he could fix it. He drove from New River on a Saturday in 115 degree heat. He repaired it in a little over an hour. This is a great company that I will use again and again. Thank you.

Had a new air handler installed. Then that fails. Had a new ac unit installed then that needs a compressor. Had the seasonal maintenance and checkAnd get a clean bull of health… then 48 hours later my heat does not work and is tripping the breaker… and I am told to pay 667 to rewire the thermostat to the air handler.Repair done in March failed by 8/1… now they want to charge me again to rewire the thermostat.

Service technician, Mike S. was very knowledgeable and provided updates and answered questions while he was troubleshooting the wiring to our unit and thermostat. He provided a very thorough and comprehensive report on the condition of our unit, and although not planned, we decided to stop making temporary repairs to our 1999 Goettl unit. We purchased a new unit and they were able to install same day. Amazing!

Moving into a my new house, the priority was to get the HVAC replaced as it was close to 20 years old. After researching multiple companies, I contacted Day & Night and boy am I glad I did! The free consultation was great, and Brian was knowledgeable, thorough and really explained our options. When we decided to go with Day & Night, scheduling was quick and the installation only took a day! Aaron and his installation crew were on time, on point and really got the job done right. My set up was a little difficult and they set me up the right way, The follow-up check in with Ronnie was another great service point. All in all it was the right company delivering the right system but their friendly and knowledgeable people made it a positive, easy and excellent experience. I will use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. Knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we weren't able to get the tune-up done on the AC Units because the thermostats weren't kicking the machines on, Daniel was very informative and helpful. Looks like we'll be setting up a service call with Ace in the future once we get the go ahead to service the thermostats. Overall positive experience.

So I’ve used Howard air for a few years now since moving into my house. They have been good for awhile with good communication, help, etc. This last maintenance plan visit has changed my mind and can’t work with them any longer. I had to apparently replace a 60 + 5 MFD Dual Run Capacitor. They charged me $250 for this.

So after there visit, I asked what the brand and model was. Took about a week to get that information and when I did, I looked it up and it’s like a $25 part. So they basically charged me $225 for labor which took the guy 15 minutes to do. So 15 minutes of work for $225. They are not transparent on their billing and what they charge for the part and what they charge for the labor. I have been trying to get a refund for my care renewal pre-payment since then and I can’t even get anyone on the phone anymore. If you do work with them, I would try and just get that information up front, that’s my only advice.

Called at 11am Sunday explaining the shut off valve for the bathroom faucet was leaking (and the 1/4 turn dial broken). They do not charge extra for Sunday’s and would give an estimate once here.The plumber called me at 1pm saying he’s be here by 2pm. Arrived on time, gave an estimate that was on par with the other places I’d called but no additional Sunday fee.The job was done by 3pm and looks great. Am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to James for his professionalism as well as presenting the different options that were available. There was no upswell pressure but I appreciated the option explanation.

When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

Came out for our semi annual maintenance check and took care of a few issues I didn't even know existed (leftovers from a different company used in the past). My air conditioner was replaced by Tom and Steve in May 2020. Their service was amazing and they are very trustworthy guys from start to
Finish. . So it has been working perfectly until a week or so ago when it was 111° Out and the temperature started climbing inside. I called and spoke with Tom and he told me they would be out there the same day to see what the issue was. He told me by 2 PM. Steve shows up at my door at Noon! He said there was a faulty switch of some kind on the unit and he quickly replaced it and it has been working perfectly ever since. Living in Arizona and having your air conditioner go out it’s probably one of the worst things but I am so thankful that I found this company from a referral because they have been nothing but professional and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 10/10!

I can't speak highly enough about Derek and the team at Circulate HVAC. I have been getting quotes from various mini split installers for a few months in preparation for the upcoming summer. The quotes I was given ranged from more than I want to pay to that's laughably ridiculous.

Circulate HVAC's prices were reasonable, and all-inclusive to what I needed. Throughout the decision-making process Derek was quick to reply to my numerous questions with thorough and informative answers.

The install team showed up on time, and set to work immediately. Any time I had a question, they were quick to address it and never seemed flustered, taking their time to address any questions I had.

After the install, they took the time to go with me to each room demonstrating the indoor units worked properly, and also gave me a walk-through of the features for each one of the indoor units.

We were lucky enough to find Cooling Men by random. From inspection and installation the process was both timely and smooth. Their prices are right on the money and zero upsell as seems to be the norm in the valley.
Installers were here right on time and were both courteous and professional.The transition was both quick and seem less Highly Recommended.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
