Barrett came on time and was friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough in both my toilet repair and helping me make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace a bathtub that has required repair yearly. For both issues, all options were thoroughly explained and the pricing was reasonable and within the norms for a good job in this area. I was very pleased with the result of the toilet repair and the honesty and choices offered on the bathtub options. I found this company trustworthy AND the repair the best toilet repair result I have had since in this house (the other bathroom had a similar issue a few years back). ..possibly due to his attention to detail and testing after the repair. I was also impressed on how the office followed up the same evening to make sure I was happy with the appointment result.

We had our Air conditioner completely changed out a little while back When they came they were very professional about it and cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about trashing any of the bad equipment. Today I had Kevin come by and check on it for us. Not only did he greet me, he made sure to put booties on his boots to make sure there was no dirt tracking or germs coming into our home. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and even had a friendly conversation with me while doing it. He not only cleaned up his mess but also cleaned up extra dirt that was collected under the door between their visits. He then cleaned our lines for summer time and made sure that was all perfect and ready to go for us. He then checked the system outside as well and said he cleared up some of the weeds surrounding the machine. He was very professional, very friendly and made sure we knew what we needed to keep our air going great during the summer. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin as well.

New HVAC system purchased 2/2019 w/ Lifetime Heat Exchanger & Compressor Warranty; 10 Year Unit Replacement on Condenser & Furnace; 10 Year Parts Warranty; 10 Year Labor Warranty; 5 Year Maintenance Agreement from Pengiun Air (PA). AC unit stopped operating Friday 27AUG2021. 28AUG2021 called PA to schedule tech to come out. Dispatcher stated someone would be out that day. No one called or showed up Sat. Repeated calls to PA sat, sat night, Sun, Sun night, and Mon morning. Tech did not come out until Mon @ ~ noon. I had several requests to have manager (Tonya) to call me and explain what was happening and why it took 2.5 days for a tech to come out. Temps were 105+ Deg those days. I missed 14.5 hours of work waiting for a tech to call or come out. PA dispatcher and website state that they are a 24/7 company. HVAC unit has not been operating/ configured correctly since install on 2/22/2019. Managers do not respond to requests for call backs. Cant recommend this company for use.15SEP2021 UPDATE:Penguin Air Tech and Goodman Tech came out 14SEP2021 to diagnosis the system and take readings. They adjusted the blower speed also. An hours after they left the Compressor started to make loud surging noise Called the desk and talked to Nicole who submitted an urgent ticket and stated someone would call me back shortly. No one called back. Had to submit a ticket online. Tech is suppose to arrive this morning but hasnt as of yet. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.DONT USE PENGUIN AIR.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Howard Air is an amazing company. We had our air conditioner blow up at the end of August/beginning of September late in the afternoon. It was hot and they were the only company able to send someone out without over charging. Unfortunately we needed a new system, but they worked quickly to get us a loaner until our system could be put in. Everyone we worked with at the company is amazing. Tonight we came home around 6:00 to find our air wasn't working again. We called them and they had a technician out right away and he stayed until 8:30 fixing our thermostat. Everyone there is courteous and honest. Best company I have had to deal with in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jose was fantastic. We use the maintenance program offered by Parker and Sons and he made it worth using with this visit alone. He was professional, respectful of our home, came in already wearing his wask which we had requested to the operator, and answered a handful of questions that were outside of his regular maintenance visit.I will absolutely be recommending him to others and asking for him personally if anything is needed for our AC or Furnace in the future. I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit.
I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT!
I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool.
I will always call Mountainside Air for any of my needs for air conditioning and will definitely tell everyone I know about them!!
