When seasonal service, Fall of 2020, was needed for our existing HVAC units, we had decided to make a change of service provider. After doing our research, we chose Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing. The service tech's name was Dayton. He provided excellent and professional service, and answered all of our questions regarding age of units and current condition. There were no urgent repairs required.When deciding on our 2021 project goals, replacement of ouraging HVAC units was added to the list. Hays familiarity with the specific brand we prefer, provided an easy decision of who to contact first.Dayton had been chosen to return to have the discussion with us. We wanted to upgrade our units within the same brand. Dayton's excellent product knowledge, and recommendations based our specific wants and needs, provided us with confidence in our choice.This is a big investment. We appreciated his no pressure approach and professionalism....We are ready for the next step of the process!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

We had Abel out to look at our drains that we’re making gurgling noise. Abel was awesome! He also did a plumbing inspection and explained We had Goettl
out again today to look at our water heater.

Mark and Nikki were very good and explained everything we could do. how things worked. He was very thorough and we will be calling Goettl for all our plumbing needs.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Annual inspection

Greg was prompt, professional and thorough while performing the maintenance on the heating unit. He explained his findings and provided recommendations in layman’s terms with visuals. It was encouraging to have a person deliver quality service who genuinely cared about his customer.

Just air has done work on my personal home and I refer them to all my clients. They are honest, have great prices and get the work done promptly. Nice family owned business! I wouldn't use anyone else.

By far the best service west of the 17. My repeat technician Jeremy is the man. He jumped on my roof spoke to my A/C unit and whispered it back to health. The man is a savant in the art of heating and cooling. Best price, best service I will not look any further.
