This company is awesome. Showed up exactly on time. Came to finish a water leak in my front yard and when the repairs were done the yard looked better than it did before they put the rocks back and everything. Outstanding service!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Derrick is an outstanding example of the quality I have come to appreciate with Goettl. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took pictures of my installations and explained the current status of my system. He recommended a Safe & Save System and explained the reason behind the recommendation (I did proceed w/that installation). He truly is an outstanding repairman and individual. Thank you for the opportunity to have him provide such expertise for my HVAC system. I just feel so much more confident of my heating & AC now that I have a Goettl contract - especially with employees such as Derrick.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

Cave Creek, We had 4 ac companies come to look and give estimate on broken ac. All 4 said cant repair and would have to replace entire ac unit for $5000-$12000. Called Just Air and within the hour James showed up and gave us multiple options and he repaired it within 15 minutes. HE was very professional and HONEST!!

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

They were here in 45 minutes when AC was out and 113 ! Chris was super and professional!

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.

The Ace team turned a not so good experience in to an excellent outcome. The technician, Carlos, was a perfect gentlemen. He did an effective and very efficient job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by the phone team. They were respectful, patient, and helpful. I heard about Howard Air on 92.3. They came out to the house, and evaluated the condition of my unit. They replaced the capacitor without providing me with a quote or getting my authorization to proceed with the repair. I met up with the technician after the work was already completed and he gave me a verbal quote of $230 but said he needed to write it up. A few minutes later he was at my door with a written quote of $350. This was way more than I was expecting. Howard air took 20 minutes to replace a $30 part and charged me $350. I feel that price is unreasonable and so I would not recommend Howard Air and will not use their services in the future.

After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. To me this is a very poor service after they get your money.edit: I don't know how to send a message

We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock todayI received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!********************Follow up: I received a personal phone call from Patrick Riley himself this afternoon regarding our above experience. He promises immediate resolution and was very apologetic regarding the whole incident. This is the type of service I had grown to expect and experience with Patrick Riley. Definitely appreciate the immediate response.

Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. Thank you to all at Howard Air!

When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

This AC tune up service was postponed for a couple of days, but the company let me know in advance for this delay! Day of the appointment, Justin the technician called about an hour in advance that he's on his way and arrived on time! Upon arrival, he explained about the process and did a fantastic job and documented everything with photos! Justin was very courteous and very thorough in his work. One of the capacitors was weak (which he showed me it's reading on the meter) and needed to be replaced, which he had it in his truck and was replaced immediately!Very happy with this company's performance and recommend them highly.
