The electrician, Justin Driver was fantastic. We had a fairly complicated issue and he diligently worked the issue to full resolution over the course of 3 visits. He was always on time, very friendly and professional on every visit and even helped my move a heavy bed away from a wall for outlet access. I would highly recommend Hobaica and Justin if you have electrical issues in your home.

Q was professional and thorough with the maintenance of our heat pump. He took the time to do things right and made sure everything was running as it should. He fixed the problem we were having and made sure that we understood what he was doing. Will definitely keep with this company and the technician.

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

(1984 unit died) Patrick got all his information into the office and I soon received a emailed estimate.

What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges. They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. Within 24 hours Lincoln Air managed to have an older AC Unit at my rental property up and running again. I was out of town, and their ability to quickly respond, without too much of my own involvement was definitely appreciated! Highly recommended!!!

After being a very satisfied customer with a Carrier infinity heat pump for 6 years, it failed. Carrier's design fault- NOT HOWARDS. Howard REPLACED the entire unit. They are the most honest and reputable company I have ever dealt with. My experience with them- the high quality of their technicians- the entire organization is flawless.
