Honestly,I had one of the best experiences. The tech was very friendly, precise, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to take me for a ride or over embellish. He was fair and honest about the transactions and offered suggestions that would save me money in the future and not trying to upsell. He was more concerned about my pockets and I appreciated that. I didn't have to wait more than what they said. He called me right away. The thing that made this company stand out is I received a text of the tech with a picture and a little blurb about him. I thought that was nice. I honestly hate when I don't know who to expect at my door considering the possibilities. I think people should try this company and request Jimmy he is a good technician.

Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.

We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product. We encountered several bumps along the way during demolition nothing fazed these guys. They were professional and had lots of great ideas on how to fix the issues and give us they layout in our home we had only dreamed about in the past.

Called about moving an air duct, they didn't provide that service. They were pleasant on the phone.

Lincoln Air's crew and staff have all been wonderful. They replaced my entire system with a high efficiency Mitsubishi split system and I'm in love! Dylan, Jose and their crew were the best!

Tristen Reeves was the service technician that investigated what we thought was a water leak on our property. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our engagement. July 12 about 8 pm are A/C would not turn back on and the house is heating up. We heard about Howard Air on KTAR Radio last spring and had them out for maintenance on our A/C unit. I was happy to see they have a 24-hour service. I gave them a call tonight and in about and hour Yubani was at our door. Yubani was polite and explained why the unit would not turn back on. Yubani took care of our problem and our unit is up and running again. Thank you!

I have used Parker and Sons multiple times. Their service is great and everyone has been prompt responding to my calls and arrive on time. They do a thorough job too. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
