After calling a handful of companies advertising 24/7 A/C service and being told it would be “at least next week” before a technician would be available, we called Penguin Air. By now it was 90 degrees in the house and climbing. Jason arrived in under an hour to rescue us. Amazing!!!! He was smart, knowledgeable, professional, polite and he went above and beyond to fix our 15 yr old roof unit (108 degrees outside). Jason and Penguin Air exceeded our expectations and earned our trust. We highly recommend them...we will never call anyone else!

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Maintenance was performed as presented. Miles,the service tech, called to say he was on the way. He was polite and answered our questions,completing the service in a timely manner. Will be a return customer for sure.

Our technician was great! He explained what he saw the problem was, what he could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable given the fact that we already had an active leak and needed someone ASAP, and he offered advice on other plumbing questions we had for future home projects. Very happy with the whole service from calling to schedule through completion and cleanup. Highly recommend!

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

I am very pleased with Howard Air. We had our HVAC system replaced with a new Trane gas furnace and AC. Several things were installed incorrectly with the old system, including ductwork, drainage system and drain pan, outdated electrical box. These were all corrected with custom fitted ductwork, new drain lines and a larger custom made drain pan, new electrical box and conduit for the AC outside. Kyle and Terrence came and worked patiently in the rain all day. They were very careful not to track any dirt through the house and put canvas tarps over all my new carpet.They worked steadily all day and were polite and pleasant.At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and vacuumed the floors. They removed all the old system and new packaging materials.Scott did a great job helping us select a system and informing us of all the features.They communicated well and came on time and did what they promised to do. Great company!

This was my first experience with Howard Air. This company is a Unicorn. From my first interaction with the office to schedule the appointment through the repair, everything was flawless. Our technician Shawn was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and provided helpful information for ongoing maintenance and not once did he try and upsell or pressure. He was on time, honest and very professional and the cost for repair was very fair. I cant say enough about my experience with Howard Air.
