Best Water Heater Repair And Installation in Phoenix AZ

I use Arizona Plumbing Expert Services (APES) when replacing countertops as part of my cabinetry business. Vonda answers the phones and efficiently schedules service times for me. APES technicians show up on time and reconnect sinks, install faucets, install new garbage disposals and reconnect R/O water systems. I know I can count on APES to get the job done, I wouldn't use anybody else!

The technician that was sent over to my house Nathan was very nice. My only problem is that they are not able to give you an exact time. Other than that I have no complaints

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.

Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

We had Andrew come over and do maintenance and install ducts and cut some holes for new returns. They were on time, positive attitudes and cleaned everything up completely after. He even touched up a small crack in our drywall as he was leaving. Great service

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! To start off what brought me to the point where I was looking for a new HVAC, our unit was 19yrs old and original to the house we bought back in August, it was working fine but with the change in refrigerant our system was at the point that replacement was coming so we decided to get ahead of it before the summer. We have 1,800sqft and home was built in 2001 the system was a 4 ton Trane System

I reached out to 3 companies for a price quote, one was named after a state, one was a Carrier dealer and one was Howard Air.

The first company that came out (our largest state) quoted us on a Lennox system, they went over different packages and gave us 3 prices starting at 17K for the lowest and 24K for the highest system. They didn't have very good financing and the prices I have put were to pay in cash, when I ran quick math on the 24K system with their financing it was going to be 34K. I might have been born yesterday but not in the middle of the night! They also were pushing a 10yr service contract with the systems which I felt was a little weird and a lot of extras, $6.5K in extras on the 24K system so if I took out the extras 18K was the true cost of the system. My quote was written on a legal pad paper, they never looked at the furnace in the attic just was a very bad sales process. I felt like I was at a shady used car dealership. Plus they had this weird thing with putting down cash to get the financing, they told me that would go away if I paid cash...I didn't understand this at all because it was like they were adding that into the price which means that 24K system would have been 29K?

The Carrier Dealer never called me back..until a week later and just felt that a quote over the phone was enough, they left me a voicemail. I didn't respond.

Howard Air...they were prompt, professional and on time, Rob quoted me a very fair price as well as went over what they did at Howard Air that sets them apart from the competition. He quoted us on Trane and Carrier. I was very pleased on the pricing and financing that they offered. We signed with Howard Air, the follow-up was great every step of the way, the day of the install we had 3 techs out to do the install. We had them crane in the new unit due to space on on the side of the house..this was extremely smooth. Install was in total of 6hrs for everything. We went with the Trane premium package system. I couldn't say enough about how professional, friendly and responsive Howard Air was during this process, there are a lot of dealers in HVAC in Phoenix but I can tell you give Howard Air a call and compare you won't be sorry. Because of Rob and helping me understand the process of the install, recommendations and expectations that were over exceeded in my opinion during the install they have earned a customer for life and a walking advertisement of how well my install went and how fair the pricing was. Ian was the technican that was assigned to my work order. What I appreciate the most is he didn't come in and tell me I needed to replace the water heater right off the start. He did give me options which I like, he explained everything,showed me the bad parts and the good parts and I really appreciate that. And I like the fact that I was able to ask questions and he answered them and did notonce show that I was bothering him and he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the work.

We had our old units replaced last year by Comfort Experts and they are amazing! Jeremy came out to check the units for the summer, he was also here for the original install. He is professional, punctual and truly takes pride in his work! Best company and employees hands down!
