Bobby was very polite and explained what he was doing and I told him to text me when he was almost done so I could come back and he could run test in house. He did send text and everything went well and everything is working. Im very satisfied with company. Thank you!

The repairman was very nice and did a great job. I was not happy that he was trying to upgrade me to follow up visits. And wouldn't repair my faucet unless I agreed to a level.I only wanted the faucet repaired. With the exception of the internal mechanism... he used existing parts. After a phone call to your office I reluctantly agreed to a charge of $260.Because he wouldn't repair otherwise.I thought that was very high for a half an hour visit.Very nice fellow just doing his job. But I feel his management put him in an awkward situation.You need to revisit your policy of upselling with very few options.

The guy Robert that did my work he was amazing.
He was fast, reliable, reasonable, cleaned up after himself he had a great personality friendly demeanor about him. I would recommend him to all my friends you need a trustworthy plumber give him a call.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Andy with SG Mechanical is an honest hardworking family man. He was personally involved with my job (replacing 2 systems) from the first day to the last. He was not some mystery man in an office. He was onsite, interacting and answering all my questions directly. I have dealt with many other licensed companies, where you feel like another number on a spreadsheet. There were several complications with my job (NOT SG Mechanical's fault), Andy stepped up beyond any reasonable expectation to help me get them resolved. He sacrificed his own time to help get my issues resolved.

From the first call to the office to speak to Stacy who was absolutely amazing and then he having someone on site within the hour to assess my broken air conditioner to the next day within approximately 14 hours later wonderful technicians were on site to install my new air-conditioning unit!

This company is amazing, they do treat you like family and they are professional and thorough. Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

We had two Heat-pump systems replaced on our home. The Installers were prompt, detailed, very professional, cleaned up the work areas and made sure we knew how the new units operated before they left. From the salesperson through the scheduling staff all of our expectations were exceeded.

Patrick Riley’s technician, Johnathon, did a great job. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the functioning of a reverse osmosis system I wanted installed. He went great lengths to explain what was needed to get the job done. He did not rush me to make a decision. I will be using Johnathon in the future. He’s friendly, informative, and very professional. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that he has a nice smile and a southern Accent! I couldn’t have gotten the job done without him. Thank you Johnathon!!
