Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! Give the man a raise! ?

When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

The tech that came out did not have the knowledge to fix the issue with a heat pump that wasn't blowing cold air. Spent hours working, said it was fixed and left. It was not fixed so he had to return the next day and again said it was fixed. It worked for the rest of the summer. But in winter we found the building was cooled down to 45 degrees because our system was blowing cold air when the thermostat requested heat. When another company came to diagnose they said the control board had been bypassed to get the A/C to work. So the tech from Crispy Air and Heating had done that without informing us, knowing the system would not work correctly in winter. Or perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough to even known what he was doing, but suffice it to say, we've had to spend hundreds of dollars in additional repairs and probably hundreds of dollars more in wasted energy on cooling a structure to 45 degrees. When called to get resolution we were repeatedly told a Manager would call us back to resolve and we never received a call back. A complaint has been filed with the ROC.

Great customer service and nice family owned business

Proskill, from my experience runs just a little higher than the competition I had bid. However, I'll say that my experience with Proskill has always been top shelf. It's the quality people that come do the work, and are always polite, professional, and courteous - and Clean! I've had my A/C Serviced two years ago, and now had to replace my Water Heater. Our Service Tech, Sam, was as good as they get. He was patient in hearing our questions, made sure we fully understood the work he was to do, and gave us updates throughout the repair. So after the Heater was removed, I wanted to clean the area back behind it, but before I could, Sam had it already had it cleaned and ready to install the new one. He really puts himself in the mindset of the customer and made sure the install was clean and made the area nicer than when he found it. What a great service provider. And that's what makes Proskill such a great company to work with! I'll be back!

So far everything Jeff said he would do he has done. Very satisfiedOne last issue with some ceiling and wall damage during the installation. I was assured that this would be taken care of soon.Fixed the problem with the 5 ton compressor.

We are so happy we used ACA! Troy took great care of us and got us a beautiful efficient unit in a very timely manner - super important in the hot Arizona summer! Phil installed everything flawlessly and we are so much more comfortable. Will definitely only use ACA for all our future needs.
