Best Split Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

I'm just the lowly tenant, but the owner and I are so happy we contacted Expert. I know that the owner got a perfect system, for a very reasonable price. But, the best part, for me, was the installation happening several days agead of quoted leadtime, and, I love watching expert technicians at work! Pat and Tyler are all about perfection and will not leave until they are completely satisfied, which is a much higher bar than an owner could ever set.

When it come to customer service they are great. However, their pricing is extremely absurd. They were unable to provide an itemized quote for a 30 gallon water heater replacement, but said it would be about $2,900. I ended up using a different company who provided an itemized quote and I only paid $1,400 for it. I don’t know their reasoning for such a high quote but I suggest you shop around before committing to their services.

Brandon was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. He even shared pictures and videos of things that could be potentially hazardous if I don’t get repaired. I appreciated all of his time and knowledge.I will be using this company again!

Long story short, our a/c unit that was 32 years old went out on us in the AZ summer. We then tried to work with home warranty without any luck. 7 days with no air and it was 90+ degrees comfortably in the house lol. Day 5 we called A&M mechanical spoke with Amy and within 2 days we where having a brand new unit installed!!!! Amy & Mark answered all of our crazy questions, got us financed, and that was it. They did such a great job we highly recommend A&M for any HVAC needs! They really went above and beyond, Thank you so much ? So glad we found them!

The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Unit was replaced and the entire crew was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to several other people now.

We had Scottsdale Air do a check up on our AC unit the young man who did the service (Isaac) was professional and courteous.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

I've used Benefit Air multiple times. They replaced 2 AC units for me, fixed 2 and helped my clients with inspections to ensure their system would be working when they purchased it. Paul Howard has been a huge help in guiding me through everything I needed. He shows up on time and explains everything I need to know about my unit so I can make an educated decision. I have only had good experiences with them and will be using them again in the future

Good service, bad response time. They don’t call back and don’t respond to voicemails. It took 4 days to get service and in contact with them. I would go else where.

Trustworthy, helpful, courteous and clean

Just had a central air conditioning and heat system installed by George Brazil. The team led by Jorge R along with Chris F and Edgar performed one of the most professional, complete and thorough jobs I have ever seen. They were timely, thorough and clean in their installation. Great Job! Great customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Mike is wonderful! He had to come out several times to fix our AC unit. He was not only very professional but treated us with respect and empathy for not having working AC July in Arizona. We appreciate his work with a smile. Fair prices, quality work, done with a smile; we couldn’t ask for anything more. We will only work with Air Control in the future for all our cooking and heating needs.

Daniel came out to fix my AC unit. He did an excellent job. Diagnosed the the issue quickly and replaced the faulty Thermostat the same day. They were very reasonable and knowledgeable. Great service. I will recommend Preferred Air to anyone. Thank you.
