Our Technician, Bobby explained what he was doing and updated us throughout the process. He was polite and knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done for us! I'm so thankful he got our air running again, with a house of 8, it has been a challenging few days to have everyone downstairs to stay cool and trying to work in the middle of it all. Perfect amount of communication from initial customer service person, scheduler, and Tomas, our service tech. Also, very quick availability even though we weren't experiencing an emergency. Tomas was great, he explained what he was seeing in the moment, and was very fair in terms of pricing when he didn't find anything worth a major repair. Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute search Google for someone who's open and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!

We discovered Mears a year ago after having gone through several companies. We are thrilled to have a company we can trust and even remembers who we are!

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.
