Had issues with toilet and laundry room overflowing and they came out and diagnosed the problem. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

I called many big names around Phoenix, I am sure you'd know who I am talking about just by seeing their trucks driving around. Neither of them could have anyone come out the same day and I am not going to be able to live in a 90 degree house with three dogs who were miserable and had no idea why they were. After frantically Google'ing AC people in Phoenix I came across these guys who answered the phone right away and said they would have a tech out in about 3 hours. They lied. He was there in about an hour! Took him about 3 minutes on the roof to determine the issue and they needed a part they couldn't get on a Sunday. I emailed them the next morning after a night of barely any sleep and got a response from Danielle immediately saying she was already on the phone with the parts company. When I replied to say thank you the next few minutes she emailed back saying they found the part and are on their way to get it. About 2 hours later they were on my roof fixing the unit, which is now blowing cold air on the disgustingly hot day. Well done, James, Danielle, and Bradly. Excellent and fast work! I will definitely recommend you next time someone says their AC is out and doesn't want to wait days to have someone come take a look!

Jimmy and his team at Arcadia Air are amazing! Our ac went out on a Sunday and with a heat wave coming that week I was concerned about my family and our pets in a hot house. I called Jimmy and he was able to get someone out right away and had our ac replaced and blowing colder than ever within a few hours. The worst company I have ever worked with, they worked through our warranty company starting on May 14th of this year and the AC only worked for a week at a time and would continuously freeze up, apparently due to low Freon. The technicians basically have damaged the entire unit when they set the shroud back on the external condenser puncturing a hole in the system and the compressor has not worked as of today almost 3 months since the first time Above Par company first attempted to repair the unit. The owner is unprofessional, unresponsive after attempting to contact him with multiple calls, his technicians training is to FaceTime the owner to have him explain how to fix and repair the AC as the technicians are inexperienced and basically our warranty gave up in this company because he has no called no showed for yet another repair after the (7) attempts for repair @ 116° weather Over the past (8) days here in Arizona with zero AC working at the house.
We also own a 175gallon salt water fish tank located inside the house and due to the unmanageable extremely high temperatures above 95° in the house multiple expensive salt water fish have recently died in the tank due to the high temps in the house.
DO NOT go to this company avoid them at all costs. The owner continually tried to up charge with Freon even though we were under warranty with the warranty company . Extremely shady company and they do not understand any HVAC systems. Above Par is also being reported to the ROC and we will be filing a small claims suit.

These guys are great. Prompt, friendly service at a competitive price and they even offer a military discount! Highly recommend!

Shane from AC works was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. My heat was not turning on and he knew that the problem was with the thermostat and not the unit. Very knowledgeable and he reset my Wi Fi thermostat to the required settings.

I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.
